🇺🇸9/11 Memorial Workout🇺🇸

This no equipment, at home workout was created to remember those lost, stand with the loved ones left behind, and honor those that responded.

They moved through rubble, climbed stairs, and kept going back to help others. Use that as your mantra for this workout.....KEEP GOING.

⏰️Set your timer for 29:77 min
💪Complete as many rounds as possible; taking small break after the buy-out to hydrate💦 (My advanced clients got 3 rounds in.)
⚠️Modify or progress the movements to accomodate your goals & fitness level for the day.
