Classics For Kids Notes are symbols used for musical sound. A staff is a set of five lines and four spaces on which notes are written to indicate their pitch.

I hope you watched/listened to the video yesterday. It was all about note names, where the notes live on the staff. If not, go listen. Then here’s todays challenge. Create your own staff by putting 5 lines on the floor. Cut strips of paper, use utensils, be creative. Then use stuffed animals or other objects and place them on the staff to spell a certain word/words. Here is an example of a treble clef word. DAD. I’d love to see any words you create. Have fun. 🎼🎶🎹🎵🎤🎶

Good morning CFE! I decided you needed some music today. This is one of our fun movement songs we did. Get 4 people in a group, join hands with the person across from you. One goes under each verse as you sing. You end up forming a “bucket”. Then move in a circle to the beat using teamwork as you sing “frog in the bucket”. Have fun!!! I miss you🎶
