It's been a tough few years for me. A lot of good changes! The biggest is I am back in Charleston! I love my new home gym, Palmetto Pump House the people are great the staff/owners even better. They accept me for who I am, not how old I look or act, which I could give 2fugs if they did, it's just refreshing to know that I can be myself! Thanks for the love!

I love seeing my athletes striving to be on top of what I started them in as little tots to top-level competitors in the Cheerleading and is an amazing feeling! Love these moments!

From the depths of darkness! The only way I was able to see the light was through the love of my children and family! From abuse, drugs, alcohol, anger, infidelity, divorce, and everything that can be put on one soul, I came from the deepest darkest place one can put themselves and decided to live on September 27th, 2020!
With a g***k in my mouth and sadness in my heart, I was ready to go! The TV was on loud to muffle the sound, but a song came on, and it changed my mindset. At that very moment, I said, " I am not going to do this to my children," while thinking that I do have something to offer the world! I still don't know what that is yet. But for now, I am going to do it while LOOKING my best!
I had to smile about something! These days they're tough to come by!
