Atlantic Collegiate Academy is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and team-minded Assistant Softball Coach to join the Armada athletic program. The ideal candidate will bring strong instructional skills, positive energy, and a dedication to student-athlete growth on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Coaching Expertise: Relevant coaching experience required, with a preferred emphasis on hitting development and offensive strategy.

Communication & Motivation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead young athletes.

Team-First Mindset: A strong commitment to putting the team first, supporting the head coach, and building a positive, competitive program culture.
