Our youth program gives kids the opportunity to train in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kids Striking & Self-Defense, helping them develop confidence, discipline, resilience, situational awareness, and practical skills they can carry beyond the mats.

🥋 Kids BJJ teaches grappling, control, problem-solving, perseverance, and how to stay composed under pressure.

🥊 Kids Striking & Self-Defense introduces age-appropriate striking, movement, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in a structured environment.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our nation. We honor the lives that were lost, the families who carry their memory, and the extraordinary courage of those who ran toward danger when others were running to safety.

May we never forget the bravery, sacrifice, and unity that emerged from one of America’s darkest days.

God bless our firefighters, law enforcement officers, first responders, military members, and every hero who answered the call. May we always honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and those who continue to serve and protect our communities.
