🎺 Help Us Make Senior Night Extra Special! 🎺
This Friday, October 9, is a big night for our Band Family! We’ll be celebrating our amazing Seniors on Senior Night and welcoming our Middle School students as they get a firsthand look at what it’s like to be part of our marching band.
It’s an exciting opportunity to celebrate the students who have worked so hard and, at the same time, inspire the next generation of musicians to join us in the years ahead!
With all of our extra guests, we’ll have many more hungry mouths to feed before everyone heads onto the field. That’s where we need our incredible band families to help!
🍔 We Need Your Help!
We’re looking for volunteers and food donations to help make dinner happen:
🔥 Grill Masters – Help prepare dinner for our hungry musicians!
🍴 Concessions Volunteers – Lend a hand with serving and keeping things running smoothly.
🥤 Food & Drink Donations – We need additional items to help feed our larger-than-usual crowd.
❤️ Your Time & Support – Even an hour of your time makes a BIG difference!
This is more than just feeding our students—it’s helping create a memorable night
for our Seniors and giving our Middle Schoolers a glimpse of the amazing community they could be part of someday.
If you can volunteer your time, bring food, or help in any way, we would be incredibly grateful! Every contribution helps us make this special night a success.
