BIG NEWS - Just moments ago, at our County Budget Hearing, the Tax Collector shared that within months, Sarasota County will be providing Concealed Carry Permit Application Services at the Mid-County Tax Collector's Office located at: 6100 Sawyer Loop Rd, Sarasota, FL 34238

This is a big deal. I have been advocating/asking for this for years. Nice to see it get done.

Right now, you can only apply in-person in North Port. This announcement expands In-Person Concealed Carry Permit Application Services into the north part of the county.
