Mustang talent is headed to the State Fair! 🎨

We’re proud to celebrate an incredible achievement in visual arts at Canyon Ridge Intermediate. Art teacher Breanne George was named the Oklahoma Student Art Exhibition (OSAE) Teacher of the Year for the Elementary Division! Canyon Ridge was also named the Top Merit School for the entire exhibition!

Even more exciting, 20 Canyon Ridge students earned the opportunity to have their artwork displayed at the Oklahoma State Fair. Of those students, 16 received Merit recognition, while one earned Exceptional Merit.

The exhibiting student artists whose work will be showcased at the state fair include Airiyana Fowler, Ana Valles Ortega, Aralynn Bledsoe, Ava Sedillo, Bella Van, Grace Woods, Harley Nguyen, Harper Teszlewicz, Hudson Marchant, Kaia Cole, Kim Nguyen, Leonel Chay Mandujano, Madisyn Williams, NhuMay Dam, Penelope Blalock, Ravtoi Chan, Scarlett Black, Taylor Gruntmeir, and Teagan Wicks.

Congratulations to Mrs. George and all of our talented student artists on this outstanding accomplishment. We can’t wait to see their work showcased at the State Fair! ❤️ 🖤
