We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the parents for donating, helping decorate, chaperoning and cleaning up!!! This dance couldn’t have happened without you!!

We realized that we didn’t give a timeframe in our first post! If you are able to purchase any of these items from our Wishlist either on Amazon or somewhere else, we need them by Monday, April 15th, please!!! We have had several reach out that are unable to help during the times listed on our Signup Genius but have asked how else they could help. We have created a small wishlist of items that we are seeking to make the dance FUN for the 8th graders!

I know everyone's schedules are busy so make plans now to help with the dance! We will decorate the Friday before (April 26th). We will also need chaperones the night of the dance and then clean up crew after the dance. Please click the Sign Up Genius link to volunteer. Thanks!

🍽️Dinner information🍽️

We have reserved a room at the Country Club for dinner before the dance. Please arrive at 5:00 for group pictures. Dinner will be served at 5:30. You will be responsible for taking your child to and from dinner, transportation will not be provided. Parents are welcome to stay and eat in main dining room or bar area.

You will have 3 options:
Pasta Primavera
Chicken tenders and fries
Cheeseburger and fries
Cost is $20 and must be ordered and paid for by Friday, April 12th.
This includes drink, tax and gratuity.
You can pay by Cashapp, PayPal or Venmo.
When paying please comment with your child’s name and meal choice.
