🔥🚒 Fire Safety at MCCE! 🚒🔥

Our Daycare, Preschool, and PreK students had a special visit from the Muskegon Fire Department! Our youngest Crusaders learned about fire safety, explored the fire truck, watched the ladder be raised and had the opportunity to talk with local firefighters.

A big thank-you to the Muskegon Fire Department for taking the time to teach our students and help keep our community safe!

Growing in Faith at MCC

Our K–5 students recently had the opportunity to participate in our monthly Living Rosary with our local Knights of Columbus. October is the Month of the Holy Rosary, making this a particularly meaningful time for our students to come together in prayer.

We are grateful for the partnership of our Knights of Columbus and the many ways they help provide meaningful faith experiences for our students. Opportunities like this allow our children to grow in their love of prayer and deepen their relationship with Jesus and Mary.

Thank you to our Knights of Columbus for investing in our students and helping us nurture their faith and love of God. Thank you for your continued support of MCC!

🎨 There’s so much learning happening in the Art Room! Over the past few weeks, our K–2nd grade artists have been exploring primary and secondary colors with a little science mixed in! 🧪 Students are discovering what happens when primary colors are combined and experimenting as they create brand-new colors using both tempera and watercolor paints. Students have put their color-mixing skills to work creating festive apples and pumpkins.🍎🎃 Along the way, they’re also strengthening important fine motor skills through painting, cutting, and gluing. Check it out!
