Meet another group of our amazing behind-the-scenes specialists!

Kim, our Program Manager, works diligently each day to keep everything organized and running smoothly. Michelle, a Special Education Advisor, brings positivity while helping students move toward graduation. Christine, also a Special Education Advisor, meets students where they are and treats everyone with kindness. Deb, our Lead Special Education Advisor, advocates for the services and resources students need. Rhonda, our Counselor, helps students build their schedules and offers guidance throughout their educational journey.

We appreciate the care, encouragement, and hard work this team gives our students every day!

Jess Casler, our Success and Career Navigator, helps students recognize their strengths and confidently plan their next steps. Gwen, our Education Specialist, is often the first friendly face new students meet. Her great sense of humor and welcoming personality help everyone feel comfortable. Jenn, our Child Care Lead, brings patience and compassion to our youngest learners each day. Becca, our Data Specialist, is a caring soul who works hard to help students reach graduation and build successful futures.

Meet our wonderful GED/HSC team and the friendly faces serving students across our satellite locations!

Lynda is a compassionate English teacher who is based at the ILC and also supports the Linked program. Angie brings joyful energy to English instruction at the ILC and Muskegon Rescue Mission. Tom shares his adventurous spirit and love of social studies with learners at the ILC and Muskegon County Jail. Matt is approachable, relaxed, and always easy to talk to at West Michigan Works! Brittany, our resident “bird nerd,” has a huge heart and leads the GED/HSC Pupil Lab at the ILC. Jamie helps students build their math skills and confidence through tutoring at the ILC and Norton Shores Library.

We are grateful for this incredible team and the care they bring to students throughout our community!
