Season 12...... The studio is bustling, over 200 students registered and excited for fall classes. Schedules done, summer maintenance under way, competition choreography learned, camps wrapped up and so many memories made. I am so excited for this season. We have an amazing line up of passionate, well educated, knowledgeable teachers ready to go!
Staff Lists :
Miss Jennifer- The owner, bedazzler, prop hauler, painter, designer, business brain and costume genius behind Momentum. She pours everything into the studio and then some!
Miss Nicky- Director of Dance, Competition Director and Choreographer. She teaches Comp classes, and technique classes. Miss Nicky brings 40+ years of dance education to this season!
Miss Shelby- Shelby is the brains, soul, and heart behind the Liturgical Program at Momentum. She brings her passion for dance together with her passion for the Lord. This is her 11th season at Momentum,
Miss Garianna- Hot off her BFA in dance she is teaching both comp technique, recreational classes, choreography and infecting us all with her amazing spirit and smile! This is her 5th Season
Dr. Darby - Yes you heard that right! She is officially a Dr. of Chiropractic Medicine! Darby will be teaching tumbling and Recreational classes. We are so happy to have her back with us. This will be her 8th season with us.
Miss Jami- Artist Extraordinaire. Jami's smile and laugh light up a room and her passion flows from every part of her! Jami will be back with competition again this year but is adding recreation back into her schedule! This will be her 5th season with us
Miss Ashley- When she is not at the UofIowa in Education and Dance classes, you will find her here! Ashley will be teaching both comp technique, competition, and recreational classes! Her passion flows through her fun and engaging classes! This will be her 12th season with us!
Miss Jazmin- She's back and this time to teach. Jazmin has just graduated from the Iowa Central Dance Team! We are so incredibly excited to have the "home grown" dancer return to us with 3 years of intense training and preparation! We are so excited! This will be her 9th season with us.
Miss Chloe- Miss Chloe returns to us again this year with excitement and energy. Her hard work ethic and energy brighten the dance rooms! Miss Chloe is pursuing her nursing degree this fall! This will be her 9th season with us.
Miss Jaidyn- Miss Jaidyn is jumping from 2 years as Miss Nicky's Assistant to full fledged teacher. Jaidyn brings her beautiful artistry, full commitment to dance and great classroom management to the dance rooms! This will be her 12th season with us!
