🏋️‍♂️💪 MOLINA, BIAH EARN IRONMAN AWARDS 💪🏋️‍♀️

🏅 Female IronMan Award: Mia Molina
🏅 Male IronMan Award: Spencer Biah

The IronMan Award recognizes one male and one female Muscatine High School student-athlete who have demonstrated excellence in the Advanced Strength & Speed Performance program. Athletes are evaluated across a variety of performance measures — parallel squats, bench press, power clean, deadlift, 10m fly, vertical jump, and broad Jump — but this award represents much more than numbers.

Mia and Spencer have distinguished themselves through their outstanding work ethic, leadership, determination and commitment over the past four years. Both consistently set a high standard, led by example, and inspired those around them with their positive attitudes and dedication.

Congratulations, Mia and Spencer, on this well-deserved honor! Thank you for the commitment you've shown to the Muskie strength and speed program. We can't wait to see what the future holds for both of you!
