Happy Time Child Care A child care center located in Muscatine, IA. Happy Time Preschool was established in 1971 and offers preschool for 3 and 4 year old children.

In 2017 The McManus families purchased the preschool and combined their 24-hour child care center with the preschool and renamed the business "HAPPY TIME Preschool and Child Care".

Thereโ€™s so much learning happening when our little artists get to pick up a crayon and let their imaginations run wild! Free drawing and arts and crafts give children opportunities to be creative, express themselves, build fine-motor skills, and make choices independently. ๐Ÿ’•

And the best part? They get to interact, share ideas, and socialize with their little friends while creating! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š

Daily Outdoor Time: Weather permitting, children should have the opportunity to spend time outdoors each day for active play, fresh air, and physical activity.

Supervision & Flexibility: Staff will monitor weather conditions and adjust outdoor activities as needed. Outdoor time may be shortened or moved indoors when extreme heat, cold, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions make outdoor play inappropriate.

Our goal is to provide children with safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate opportunities to move, explore, and enjoy the outdoors every day!
