πŸ’š May is a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience.

Every Monday during the month of May, we are exposing awareness by providing positive lunchtime activities for our Bronco students.

Random acts of kindness - Junior student, Nathan T. has recently shown acts of kindness in more ways than one. With some money that he earned from his part-time job, he recently purchased 337 canned food items to contribute to Vista's canned food drive. Last week he also bought boxes of ice cream sandwiches, rallied up his friends and they went around distributing them to staff. It made our day in the counseling office! These selfless acts with no expectation is the true definition of Kindness. We thank you Nathan for setting such a good example of CLASS and we applaud your acts of service to the community.

(In total, Vista Murrieta collected 1,819 canned food items.)
