You don’t feel like going to the gym every day.
You don’t feel like communicating calmly every day.
You don’t feel like choosing your partner when you’re irritated.

But grown adults don’t move off feelings.
They move off decisions.

The reason your relationship feels unstable?
Because you show up based on mood.

Love isn’t built on mood.
It’s built on consistent behavior.

If you only show up when you feel like it, you’re not ready for something long term.
