I’m warming everyone up before the 5K, running the 5k to benefit Michelle’s place (local cancer resource center)
and then after the 5K at 10:30am I’m co-teaching yoga with Michelle Michbehavin Rotell and Christi Vidrio!
It’s gonna be an AMAZING morning! $35 to walk/run the 5K, yoga portion is FREE! Donations welcome, and all go to Michelle’s place!

A FREE yoga class got added on to the Walk of Hope event next Sunday!
I’ll be co-teaching! Stay for yoga after the 5K or just come for the yoga!
Michelle, Christi, and I will lead you through a healing practice and any donations made will all go straight to Michelle’s place! ❤️

Hey Everyone!
It’s been quite awhile since I posted—
I took a break from teaching, to have Dominic and get past the most difficult newborn stage. I’ve been back to teaching yoga for a couple months now.
I recently started teaching again at Sweat Cardio and Yoga Temecula in Temecula, as an all levels instructor AND last night we launched our kids yoga program!
You can see me regularly Thursday nights 7:30-8:30pm. I also teach occasionally on Sunday mornings 10-11am.
We have two more kids yoga classes in August:
August 7th 4:30pm-5:30pm and Aug 23rd 11am-12pm
I wanted to share that I also recently helped co-teach a 150-student yoga class for the Temecula Valley Golden Bears football camp! It was a fantastic experience and I hope to be able to do more things like that!
