Most people slow down with age. Others keep leveling up.
What you’re watching here is the result of consistency, courage, and years on the mats. Jiu jitsu has a way of proving that evolution doesn’t stop with age — if anything, it becomes more meaningful.
Huge respect to our “Strong Jon” in his 60s for trusting the process and stepping outside the comfort zone today.

Pic 1 celebrating the process (fight ready!) and Pic 2 celebrating the outcome (gold for Jessie; double bronze for Malu). Performance is totally attached to hard work.
