Volcano Fire Feedback Survey - send a PM or email to [email protected] for survey link

Santa Rosa Plateau Firewise is gathering feedback from residents regarding their experiences during the recent Volcano Fire.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand how residents received emergency alerts, made evacuation decisions, transported people and animals, encountered road closures, and accessed emergency information.

The information collected will be summarized and shared with CAL FIRE, Riverside County Emergency Management Department, California Highway Patrol, and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. Community responses will help identify what worked well, where communication or evacuation challenges occurred, and what improvements may be needed before the next emergency.

Please do not include names, addresses, or other personally identifying information. Responses will be reported in summary form.
