First day of 1st and 4th grade at a new school! Bailey was so excited and I think Sophie was still half asleep when we left the house at 7:35 to catch the bus. Bailey wore her Twin Peaks Elementary necklace to show that she is still a Panther at heart!

To the Twin Peaks Community,
It’s been several weeks since the last school bell rang at Twin Peaks Elementary and students were dismissed for the final time. The flag has been retired, classrooms packed, and supplies delivered to their new locations. The halls are much quieter without the hustle and bustle of our curious young learners and it’s given me time to reflect on how grateful I am to have joined the Twin Peaks family this year. Thank you to all of the students, staff and families who welcomed me with open arms and partnered with me in the important work that happened here. I am immensely proud of what we accomplished together. Despite the challenges of a closing school, our dedicated educators remained deeply committed to ensuring students achieve strong academic gains and prepared them to enter their new schools with the skills & mindsets necessary to thrive. Being your principal has been an absolute honor. I’ve truly had the time of my life.

I wish our students, families, teachers and staff nothing but the absolute best as they move forward - spreading the Twin Peaks magic in their new schools. Once a panther, always a panther!

Twin Peaks Closing Ceremony

Thank you, Woodstock Elementary Utah for giving our students such a warm welcome!

Don’t forget, Moss and Woodstock Elementary Schools are holding a special registration event tomorrow morning for incoming Twin Peaks families. Moss will also be open today from 1:00-6:00 if tomorrow morning doesn’t work. This is a great chance for you to register your child, tour the school and meet the staff. Thank you, and .roadrunners! Take good care of these students, we know you’re going to absolutely love them!

Congratulations to the final graduating class of 5th graders from Twin Peaks Elementary. They’re off to change the world and we have no doubt they’re ready for this next exciting chapter.

Typically, the end of the school year comes with recognitions of a few staff members who are moving on to new adventures. So, what do you do when your entire staff is leaving? Today, “Team Twin” marked their last day together by recognizing and celebrating the years of service and powerful impact each of these dedicated educators have had on the Twin Peaks community. We love our staff and 💙

And that’s a wrap! Thank you for 57 years of magic, Twin Peaks Elementary. Families and friends are welcome to join us on the front lawn at 1:00 pm this afternoon (rain or shine) for a very special closing ceremony. WE LOVE YOU, TWIN PEAKS! 💙

Today our 5th grade graduating class celebrated the end of their elementary careers with a beautiful walking field trip to the park. Congratulations 5th grade! You’re ready to take on the world! 🎓💙

There was no shortage of smiles at Twin Peaks today. Our incredible PTA and parent volunteers knocked field day out of the park! A huge thank you to everyone who made this such a happy day for our students. 💙

We are excited to be operating summer meal service for the 2023 summer. Granite School District will operate 15 locations where lunch will be served. These will all be at community park sites or outside of the school at a few of our elementary schools.
