Here's what we've learned: exceptional childcare staffing isn't a cost burden-it's an operational choice.

Most centers claim low teacher-to-student ratios are 'too expensive.' We've built our entire scheduling and deployment system around proving that wrong.

Here's how we do it:

🔹 We stagger arrivals and departures intentionally, so our team is fully present during peak learning hours-not stretched thin across drop-off chaos.

🔹 By utilizing the research-based Frog Street curriculum alongside our small-group model, our passionate teachers have the freedom to focus deeply on individual developmental tracks, delivering highly tailored learning and a calmer, more nurturing environment that maximizes your child's growth.

🔹 We hire teachers who *love* what they do and invest in their growth. Lower turnover means lower training costs and deeper relationships with your child.

🔹 We run lean on admin overhead and put every dollar into the classroom-where it actually matters.

The result? Your child gets personalized attention, genuine connection, and intentional care. Our teachers get sustainable schedules and respect.

Low ratios aren't a premium luxury at Lion Academy-they're the foundation of how we operate. No corners cut. No guilt required.

Sometimes your child doesn’t need a lecture, a consequence, or another reminder to calm down. They need a little connection, a change of scenery, or a reason to laugh. 🤍

These 9 playful parenting tricks can help shift the mood when your little one is having a hard time. Not because we need to fix every big feeling, but because sometimes a little play is exactly what they need to reconnect.

Save this for the next meltdown, share it with a parent who needs a few new ideas, and remember: connection before correction.

Is your child truly known at preschool, or just kept safe and occupied? At Lion Academy, we believe every child deserves more than just a spot in a crowded classroom—they deserve to be valued, celebrated, and loved.

As a Christ-centered home away from home, our teachers take the time to build genuine connections, ensuring your child doesn't get lost in the shuffle. Because true belonging starts with educators who care.
