Happy Primary Election Day Utah! The polls close at 8PM. If you still have a mail-in ballot, it MUST be put in a drop off box. It won’t be counted if mailed today.
As always, you can vote the ol’ fashioned way at a polling location. Find one at vote.utah.gov.

Today, UEA honors Juneteenth, a celebration of freedom and the hope carried forward through generations.
As public educators, we believe students deserve honest history, schools where they are seen and valued, and a future full of dignity and opportunity.
Juneteenth reminds us how far we’ve come, what we still carry and what’s possible when we keep building something better together. 🍎

The girlies behind the emails, social posts, newsletters, media statements and occasional last-minute graphic requests have some exciting news. 💁🏻♀️💁♀️✨
UEA Communication & PR Director Hailey Higgins (me!) and Communication Associate Meg Tanner received national recognition in Santa Fe last night for our work on the Protect Utah Workers referendum campaign and UEA's branding design over the past year.
We're honored by the recognition and even more grateful to the members, leaders and students who make this work matter.
Anyway, please congratulate your state communications team. It's just the two of us!
