Together we sponsored 36 students🤩!

I want to give a huge thank you to all those who helped me reach my goal. Your $10 helped to put one book in a child’s hand every month from August until May💜.

Class numbers keep rising as the school year gets ready to start. I am getting closer to my sponsor goal to cover all the students in my class and another!😁

Would you be interested in sponsoring a student in my classroom?

Scholastic Book Club offers value packs that allow me to give each student a book for every month in the school year. My goal is to sponsor my class and another in the building this year!

By sponsoring a student you are helping to spark a love for reading and to build their home libraries . As a child do you remember having books around the house? I was blessed to have a mom that not only bought and kept books around the house, she would read to me and my parents/daycare would take me to the library every once in a while. I know where my love of reading comes from and I want to give a huge thank you to the community that helped inspire that for me!

This is my 4th year of teaching and hopefully my 4th year of watching those eyes light up as they realize they get to pick their own book out and keep it at home.
