Now that I am fresh off my adventure to NAR-RLM in Washington D.C. it’s back to making a positive difference with the people I get to engage with here.🤗 The meetings were great, and informative. The hill visits were good. The educational sessions were relevant. The networking & business exchange opportunities were marvelous. And finally seeing your friends, classmates, business associates and making new ones cannot be expressed in words alone.🎊 Sharing the same space with my NARLA 2022 classmates, REBI, RRC, NAR peeps and some of my agents who have entrusted me to assist them with their success (grasshoppers)… simply priceless. I am truly blessed. I hope to see all of you at NAR-NXT in New Orleans or somewhere before November. Until our paths cross again, be well and I look to see you at the Top!🏆 Hugs, RoMo.💗

What time is it? ⏰ Oh yeah it’s “Thank You Shout Out Time” and the winner is. The amazing group of real estate professionals who attends our Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification course held the last two days in Honolulu, Hawaii. Thank you to all of the superstars who gave two days of their lives to be with me. It’s a Marvelous Monday here in Middle Tennessee and a “Thank You Shout Out” occasion too.🤗 Sooooo … Thank You goes out to the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS who invited me to share the NAR Bias Override course at their April Fair Housing Membership Meeting. Wow… it was truly an amazing event with over 100 people in attendance. There was an excellent group of professionals on their panel discussion and everyone was engaged the entire day. We had a lot of learning, sharing and discovery going on for a great educational experience. A special Thank You to madam Susy Hurlbert, CEO, Marina Deficy, Education & Communications Coordinator and the entire staff for a job excellently done!🏆 And can’t forget the wonderful staff of the Norwich Inn & Spa for the work you did with everything to make the event a memorable success.🎊I love what I do and getting to share with all of you.
