Some Cimande applications from class tonight. One thing to note in this one is how we drill the arm with the elbow before grabbing to help make it harder for the opponent to escape. CCS Silat machete/ golok free flow movement. When you practice to flow make sure to incorporate as much of your material as possible. When you are having trouble coming up with ideas or if you start to feel like you are losing precision, slow down. Every time I walk in the school I do some sort of flow or kembangan.
