The Power of S.H.E.
This year’s Health Justice Workshop will focus on Healthy Hearts: Risk Factors for Heart Disease in Women.

Let’s get fit Tremendous Tennessee
An accomplished Actress, Dancer, Choreographer, and Fitness Instructor, she has been dancing since the age of 6. She received a full dance scholarship to Philadelphia College of Arts (PCPA) and has choreographed music videos and commercials to fast forward.

At age 50, she broke the internet with her inspiring fitness videos and energetic fitness classes! She has also hosted fitness events at the America Black Film Festival (ABFF) in Miami, fitness events in Houston during the 2017 Super Bowl and the New York Circle of Sisters BOD-E Live workouts.

She kept us moving during quarantine with her popular Lean fitness videos on YouTube!

Now, she’s bringing that same energy to TENNESSEE! Get ready to MOVE, GROOVE & GET FIT FOR ZETA

You have seen Elise on any of her many hit television and film projects: The Hughleys, Money Talks, Scream 2, Rosewood, Oscar winning Hustle and Flow, and more recently the NAACP Nominated The Black Hamptons.

We are excited to welcome our very own Soror Elise Neal, Tennessee Native, 2026 Honorary Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, to the Tennessee Conference of Zetas 2026 State Leadership Conference as we Embrace the Extraordinary through the power of S.H.E.
