Little Log Cottage School The Little-Log Cottage School exists to educate children in an individual customized setting.

Lessons are taught through hands on, thematic units which inspire children to use their creativity and become self-motivated, life-long learners Credentials:

Bachelor of Science in Education 1999,
taught 8 years in the Rutherford County School System (1st and 4th grade)
privately tutored students from first to eighth grade,
Written and directed elementary musical theatre production
Currently homeschooling preschool and kindergarten.

This kid has been working his tail off this semester, juggling his time between completing his school working and helping restore our historical log craftsman. He hasn’t played video games in weeks and has declined several outings with friends so he could work on the house.. I’m so proud of his work ethic and his home will be even more special for him! 👷‍♂️🏡
