IT'S TAKEN 10 MONTHS FOR THIS TO REALLY HAPPEN SINCE IT WAS SIGNED INTO LAW, BUT MAJOR KUDOS TO GOV. JOSH SHAPIRO, PA ATT. GENERAL AND PA. LEGISLATURE - Best, Most Profound step ever taken in any state to BAN THE SALE OF ILLEGAL, UNAPPROVED VAPES, which will basically eliminate 90% of the v**es sold in every v**e/smoke shop and gas station and bodega in Pennsylvania! THIS IS PROFOUND and I wish our damn FDA and the Trump Administration would do this Federally because its the ONLY way this detrimental industry will stop poisoning people!!! This must happen in EVERY STATE in order to save lives!!! People who use v**es are CLUELESS to what's in unapproved products and this must happen for their own good, despite their ignorance to the dangers, and we MUST SAVE OUR KIDS from the long term health effects!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A new Pennsylvania law called Act 57 goes into full enforcement next month on October 19, 2026. This law establishes a strict state-run electronic ni****ne delivery system (ENDS) registry. Because almost every popular disposable v**e brand (like Elf Bar, Lost Mary, Foger, Raz, etc.) lacks federal FDA authorization, they cannot legally be placed on this state registry. As a result, the vast majority of disposable v**es will become illegal contraband overnight and start disappearing. Under Act 57, out-of-state online retailers are legally prohibited from shipping any unlisted, unregistered va**ng products directly to Pennsylvania residential addresses as well, so these devices will also no longer be available for purchase online. This state ban works in tandem with the federal PACT Act, meaning major commercial delivery carriers like UPS and FedEx completely refuse to transport residential v**e shipments to avoid massive compliance and tax penalties.
