General information

■ Beginning with the fall semester of the 9th grade year, a student must be enrolled in at least three (3) honors, advanced honors, or Advanced Placement courses every semester of high school. ■ Candidates for membership also must have attained a GPA of 3.5 or above by the end of the fall semester of the 11th grade year. ■ Candidates who are invited to membership in the BHS Chapter during the spring semester of their 11th grade year must have exemplary character, work ethic, and volunteer spirit and must agree to attend a specified number of chapter meetings, participate in chapter service projects, and accumulate twenty (20) hours of individual community service during the 12th grade year.
