The primary purpose of the Sylvan Learning Center of Murfreesboro is to educate and encourage individuals to reach their goals. To achieve the goal of “Learning is Personal”, we as the Sylvan staff will provide an individualized program for each student, based on his or her strengths and skill gaps as identified in the diagnostic testing. This program will be implemented with Sylvan approved mater

ials on IPad, Sylvan trained staff, and Sylvan trained Directors. The directors will conference with parents every month. Teachers work to enhance educational growth, give encouragement needed to build self-esteem, and build self-confidence with each student.
