REFIT® is a fitness community. Our vision is to create a fitness experience that changes people from the inside out, and this vision is accomplished by focusing on the heart as a muscle AND a soul. People don’t have to get fit in order to be fit at REFIT® –our workouts are designed for every body regardless of age, shape, size or ability. REFIT® creates a powerful, uplifting fitness experience that lasts well beyond the workout.

Classes just got way more fun!!! We begin TONIGHT with themed playlists (yes, we know it's still September, but we can't wait!) - REV+FLOW Sassy + Strong month!

Tika will be leading Sassy REMIX playlist on Sundays + Kacey will be leading Strong REMIX playlist on Wednesday nights! Gonna be a fun month with some attitude (only in class, of course!) and some power!! Come on out and join us!

First classes are always free!
Only $25 for 10 class card after that per format!
