What an amazing and successful We Are Ready Job Fair Week!
Our upcoming graduates participated in two valuable workshops: Financial Literacy and Personal Budgeting, led by Redstone Federal Credit Union, followed by Resume Building and Interview Preparation, led by the American Job Center.
We also had the privilege of hosting 32 companies eager to connect with and hire our students. The week was a tremendous success, with two students receiving job offers on the spot!
We are grateful to our community partners, participating employers, staff, and students for making this event such a meaningful experience. Congratulations to our students as they take these exciting next steps toward their careers!

Our HVAC class recently visited Oshkosh Corporation for a plant tour, where students had the opportunity to see the company's new brazing area dedicated to manufacturing HVAC units for airport passenger boarding bridges and other specialized equipment.

The visit gave students valuable insight into modern manufacturing processes and career opportunities within the HVAC industry. During the tour, Oshkosh Corporation announced 17 new job openings, and many of our current and former students are already applying for these exciting positions.

We appreciate Oshkosh Corporation for welcoming our class and providing a firsthand look at the skills and technologies used in today's HVAC manufacturing environment. Experiences like this help connect classroom learning with real-world careers.

This past week we had two students competing at the SkillsUSA National Leadership Conference in Atlanta GA. The conference had 19,000 attendees and more than 6,000 students from across the nation competing 115 competitions.

Let’s congratulate our Industrial Maintenance Control students Mr. Adrian and Mr. Jared for bringing back the gold medal in Robotics and Automation! They represented themselves and TCAT-Murfreesboro extremely well. Their hard work and determination truly paid off. This is a monumental accomplishment for our students and our campus!

A huge shout out to Mr. Rodney, IMC instructor, that dedicated the time and energy to ensure the students were prepared for their competition. Mr. Thomas Covington is our lead advisor and provided the much-needed support in making sure all students knew what was needed during the jammed pack week. Their leadership is what aided the success during competitions.
