I just wrapped up my first FriendMaker Bootcamp with 5 agents from the RealtyONE Group Music City office in Franklin.

The goal was simple:
build the foundation of their business by creating 1,000+ meaningful contact points over 21 days using the FriendMaker system —
5 critical daily tasks, 4 weekly goals, and 5 monthly objectives.

Did they do every single task perfectly? No.
But they showed up, stayed consistent, and did the work.

The result?
👉 16 new leads generated across the group
👉 Each agent starting 2026 with 2–4 real opportunities in their pipeline
👉 Momentum heading into Q1 that wasn’t there before

That’s the power of focused, relational, income-producing activity.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the gap between busy and stable.

Real estate is a great business — but it’s seasonal, unpredictable, and sometimes heavier than people admit.

I’ve realized I don’t actually need more hustle.
I need more stability, better rhythms, and work that aligns with how I’m wired — relationships, conversations, teaching, and helping people grow.

I’m sketching out an idea around community, relationships, and sustainable growth — not another grind, not another cold-call system.

I’m not launching anything yet.
Just thinking out loud and listening.
