Boost your fitness, agility, and learn life saving combative skills. We offer a structured after school program. We pick up at most of the Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County schools, with additional summer camps during the summer break. Morning and evening classes are also available for all ages. A member of Choong Sil Kwan TaeKwonDo Federation, Stevens Family offers youth and adult students the ability to compete with other TaeKwonDo students from around the country.

We've had quite a number of people about the picnic tomorrow. The answer is YES! Rain or shine we will plan to be there with hot dogs, games, and a good old fashioned can-do attitude!
We are hoping that the storm will clear up, hold off, or at least be light enough to gather in the pavilion and enjoy each other's company!

Summer at SFTKD is drawing to a close. What a great time learning, playing, and exercising at summer camp! We had rank testing for taekwondo kids and adults, as well as a very special black belt testing. We introduced more classes in our schedule, hosted a seminar, are gearing up for a Krav Maga test, and Rock Steady is going strong. Whew!
As we prepare for the school year, we'd love to have you join our family! If you're already a student, stay consistent, keep training hard! If you aren't training (kids or adults!), we'd love to hear from you and set up an orientation class. Parents who need after school care: our program has a few spots available. Call to see if we have space at your child's school. We'd love to have you in the family!
