📚🇺🇸 A Special Thank You!🇺🇸📚

We are so grateful to Jim and Cindy Bjork for their generous donation of these beautiful books to the Northfield Library! ❤️🤍💙

These books will give our students new opportunities to explore America’s history, important people, and the stories that have helped shape our country. We are excited to add them to our collection and get them into the hands of our young readers!

Thank you, Jim and Cindy, for supporting our library and investing in our Northfield students. Your generosity is truly appreciated! 📖✨🇺🇸

🇺🇸🎆 Red, White & Blue at Northfield! 🎆🇺🇸
Northfield was bursting with red, white, and blue today as we celebrated Constitution Day and the Fourth of July at School! ❤️🤍💙

Students celebrated with learning and fun throughout the building! From creating colorful fireworks 🎨🎆 and launching firework rockets 🚀 to STEM activities and learning about our government 🇺🇸, there was something exciting happening everywhere!

We also enjoyed reading the 2026 Caldecott Medal-winning picture book Fireworks, written by Matthew Burgess and beautifully illustrated by Cátia Chien. 📚🎆

A special thank you to our local DAR chapter for creating a beautiful Constitution Day trifold display for our students! 🇺🇸 We appreciate you helping us bring history to life and making our celebration even more meaningful. ❤️🤍💙

It was a day full of reading, learning, creating, and celebrating at Northfield! 🇺🇸🎇
