•If the content contains obscenity or material that appeals to the prurient interest
•If the content contains personal identifying information or sensitive personal information,
including phone numbers, personal e-mail addresses, residential addresses or similar

•If the content contains offensive terms that target protected classes
•If the content is threatening, harassing or discriminatory
•If the content incites or promotes violence or illegal activities
•If the content contains information that reasonably could compromise individual or public
safety
•If the content advertises or promotes a commercial product or service, or any entity or
individual
•If the content promotes or endorses political campaigns or candidates

notice or comment to the school district or any official or employee of the school district for any
