💗✨ CELEBRATING 3 YEARS WITH MS. MARIA! ✨💗

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone—Ms. Maria’s 3-year anniversary with The Goddard School of Murfreesboro! 🎉🥰

For the past three years, Maria has poured so much love, patience, and care into our littlest learners. 👶🏼💗 She has such a special way of making our babies feel safe, loved, and right at home. From comforting little ones to celebrating their milestones, Ms. Maria treats each child with the tenderness and attention they deserve. 🫶🏼

We are so grateful for the love she brings into our Infant classrooms each and every day. It takes a truly special person to care for babies, and we are incredibly lucky to have Ms. Maria as part of our Goddard family! 🌟

Our Preschool through Junior Kindergarten classrooms had an exciting visit from some very special community helpers today! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒❤️

Our little learners got to:
🚒 Take a close-up look at the fire truck
❓ Ask the firefighters questions
👩‍🚒 Learn about what firefighters do
🏘️ Talk about what a community is
❤️ Discover how firefighters help keep our community safe!

It was such a fun hands-on learning experience! Our students are learning that a community is made up of people who work together, help one another, and make our community a wonderful place to live. 🌟

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
