🎉🏆 WE’RE #1 IN TENNESSEE! 🏆🎉 We are beyond excited to announce that Rutherford County Virtual School has been ranked the #1 Best Public Online High School in Tennessee by Niche in its 2027 rankings! 💙💻 This incredible recognition reflects the dedication, innovation, and heart that our teachers, staff, students, and families bring to RCVS every single day! We take great pride in staying at the forefront of virtual education, continually finding new and creative ways to engage students, personalize learning, and provide meaningful opportunities beyond the computer screen. But what truly sets RCVS apart is our commitment to the human side of virtual learning! ❤️ Through meaningful relationships, individualized support, clubs, Connection Fridays, and real-world experiences, we work hard to ensure that learning virtually never means learning alone. We couldn’t be prouder of our school community and the incredible educators who go above and beyond to make RCVS such a special place. Innovation drives what we do, but relationships will always be at the heart of who we are! 💙Here’s to continuing to raise the bar and redefine what’s possible in virtual education! 🚀🎓 #1 in Tennessee!

🤩🐾 We have one more PAW-some club adventure to share! 🐱💕 The Friday before fall break, our Rutherford County Virtual School Small Animal Club had a PURR-fect time visiting Catfeine Cat Café in Murfreesboro! 🐈☕ Students spent time with friends while meeting, playing with, and giving lots of love to adorable rescue cats waiting for their forever homes! 🥹🐾 One of the things we love most about RCVS is how our unique school experience allows students to learn from home while still enjoying incredible opportunities to connect, explore, and make memories together! 💙 From virtual classrooms to kitty cuddles, our students really do get the best of both worlds! 🤩🐈 A big thank-you to Catfeine for providing such a special experience for our students! 🐾💕

🎉 We’re excited to kick off Quarter 2 at Rutherford County Virtual School! 💙💻 As we head back to school tomorrow, we’re looking forward to even more Connection Fridays, clubs, and opportunities for our students to build friendships beyond the screen! Before fall break, our students enjoyed another fun-filled club day! 🎣 Our Weather or Not Club went fishing, 🎨 our Art Club enjoyed painting at the park, and 🧪 our Hands-On Science Club investigated chemical reactions and pH using red cabbage juice as an indicator! We love seeing our students explore new interests, share experiences, and make meaningful connections with their peers. ❤️ Virtual learning doesn’t mean missing out on the fun, friendships, and memories that make school special! We can’t wait to see what Quarter 2 brings! 📸✨

🎉💙 Congratulations to our Rutherford County Virtual School Teacher of the Year, Ms. Robin Bollman! 💙🎉

Ms. Bollman is an incredible middle school science teacher who continually goes above and beyond to create meaningful and engaging experiences for our students.
