This isn’t your typical “we’re hiring” post. MOOKS already has a healthy, close-knit, happy culture between our staff, children and families — and I’m looking for a leader who can protect that culture, strengthen it and help us grow.
I need someone who truly understands childcare, child development and the importance of the village. Someone who can lead a great team to become even better while also growing and succeeding themselves.
I’m looking for someone who can confidently run our day-to-day operations, communicate and check in with me as the owner, master and implement our systems, support our teachers and families, and help us maintain both state regulations and Keystone STARS quality standards — without losing the fun, loving and engaging atmosphere that makes MOOKS, MOOKS. 💛
I don’t just need someone to fill a Director position.
I’m looking for someone who wants to help lead THE VILLAGE. 🌱
