Steel Valley High School will be hosting a 9th Grade Orientation Day on Thursday, August 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This is a great opportunity for the incoming freshmen to meet our entire high school staff, take a tour of the building, and ask questions about the high school experience. We know many of them are familiar with the building from middle school, but it's a big leap to high school and we want our ninth graders to feel prepared!

Lunch will be provided.

All ninth grade students are encouraged to attend!

Two great events. One giant celebration.

Join us Friday, August 21 at 1 p.m. for our formal ribbon cutting ceremony as we celebrate the opening of Steel Valley Elementary!

Then join us again on Saturday, August 22 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for our Community Open House. We'll have information about district programs and resources, as well as a host of community partners in attendance to share details about their programs.

Come celebrate with us! Take a guided tour, meet district administration and staff, and help us open this transformational building in style!
