Class of 1983: Our 40 year Reunion will take place October 6th – 7th. Friday night we will tailgate in the parking lot of Munford High School. This is a Classmates Only event. Cost for Friday night is $25. Join everyone on Saturday night in the old high school gym for dinner and the opportunity to see old friends you haven’t seen in years. This event is open to classmates and spouses, partners, etc. Cost per person is $50. The deadline for sending in your money is September 2, 2023. There are two options to pay:

CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF ON TOAST IS A FORGOTTEN CLASSIC👌😋
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups warm milk
1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper
bread, toasted

Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk a little at a time, whisking well after each addition. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Stir in beef and cayenne; cook until warmed through. Serve over toast.
