It was so exciting to see our MG students back at school Friday afternoon during our Meet the Teachers event. It was just as exciting to meet all the new third-graders coming to MG for the first time. We can't wait for school to start on Tuesday!

Don't miss our "Meet the Teacher" events today at Mechanics Grove and Washington. The MG event is from 1-2 p.m. and the Washington event is from 2-3 p.m.

This event is open to all registered students of Washington School and their parents. We can't wait to meet our students!

One Great Year Ahead. 💜

Yesterday, staff from Mundelein D75 and D120 came together at Mundelein High School for our Institute Day opening program. 🎉

The morning was a chance to reconnect, welcome one another into a new school year, and look ahead to the opportunities waiting for our students and staff. Superintendent Dr. Corey Tafoya welcomed staff and shared his vision for the year, while D75 Board Member Al Hitzke helped kick off the day with a warm welcome. ✨

The Carl Sandburg Middle School Band also helped set the tone for the day with a special performance for staff. 🎶

After the opening program, staff returned to their individual school buildings to continue the day with building meetings, collaboration, and preparation for the year ahead.

Here’s to a new school year filled with connection, collaboration, and opportunities to make a difference for every student! 💜

“Meet the Teacher Day” will be held from 2-3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, at Washington Early Learning Center.
