Creative Kids Club starts NEXT WEEK!

Your kid deserves a “happy place” — a place where they can unwind after a busy day or week, be themselves, get creative, make friends, and just have FUN. 💛

That’s exactly what we want Creative Kids Club to be.

Each week, kids will have time to explore different art and craft projects, try new things, create something they’re proud of, and enjoy the freedom of making art without the pressure of doing it “perfectly.” Week one we explore and create bean mosaics and large hanging painted leaves 🍁

There is something incredibly special about getting to grow alongside our families. 🐝💛

At just Bee You, we’ve had the absolute honor of welcoming babies into their very first classes… watching them grow into toddlers… helping moms find their mom friends… and then watching some of those same moms walk through a second pregnancy, welcome a new baby, and come back through our doors with a proud big sibling by their side. 🥹

These are the moments that remind us why this little community means so much.

And we can’t wait to welcome more babies, more new moms, and more friendships into it.

If you’re a new mom thinking about joining us tomorrow, but you’re nervous about getting out of the house with your baby on your own — come anyway. 💛

We know it can feel overwhelming. Many of the moms who walk through our doors felt exactly the same way their first time.

Pack the diaper bag. Come exactly as you are. Feed baby when you need to. Change a diaper. Rock, bounce, walk around the room. Show up late if getting out the door took longer than expected.

You and your baby are welcome here.

I promise, the little bit of anxiety it takes to walk through that door can be so worth the reward of realizing…

A gentle reminder for every overwhelmed mama: your nervous system matters too. 🤍

This week’s core theme at Serenity Together is Self-Care. 🧘‍♀️

Sometimes self-care looks less like bubble baths and pedicures and more like learning how to find calm during long days.

We loved having Liz from Bee OT join us to share simple, practical tools moms and kiddos can use together — including vagus nerve stimulation, calming breath work, body scans, and gentle stretches to help regulate the nervous system and bring more calm into everyday life.

Motherhood can feel overstimulating, exhausting, and nonstop. Taking care of yourself matters. When moms feel more grounded and supported, the whole family benefits. 🤍

At Serenity Together, we’re creating a soft place for moms to connect, learn, exhale, and feel less alone. To discover themselves outside of motherhood and encourage them to pour into themselves in all areas.

Join us Mondays & Tuesdays for support, community, conversation, and gentle encouragement through motherhood and beyond.
