We Just Sold Our Campus for $4M — Here's What Happens Next | Dayspring Bible College | Ep. 13

The renovation of Dayspring Bible College is moving right along! In this episode, Jim Scudder takes us on a tour of the Long Grove, Illinois campus to see the latest progress and some of the behind-the-scenes work happening throughout the property.

We’ll see the new railings being stained, rock walls being filled with sand and cleaned, landscaping and w**d removal, locks being replaced, new glass being installed, and metal scrappers taking apart the old speakers. Plus, the new roof is going up!

We’ll also take a look at the former Dayspring Bible College property in Mundelein, which has now officially been sold.

And finally, it’s time for the *Wheel of Holy Humility Challenge!* Pastor Mark has been challenged to walk all the way to work. Will he make it? Will he collapse? Will he quit? You’ll have to watch to find out!

Welcome class of 2030! They enjoyed freshmen breakfast this morning as we prepare to begin the new academic year tomorrow.
We are grateful for these students and look forward to the year ahead!

Dear Friends of Dayspring Bible College & Seminary,

I’m happy to let you know that today was the closing on our current Dayspring Bible College property. It went well and we now have $3,987,291.65 more in the bank!

We also have a two-year free lease agreement with the forest preserve so the college can continue to operate as we refurbish the new property which is amazing.

Thank you so much for your prayers!

We are still looking to raise a little over $1 million more, but we are thankful for the Lord’s amazing provision!
