🏈 4th QUARTER — LET’S FINISH STRONG! 💚

The Junior Varsity Spartans are heading into the final quarter trailing 0–14 against Mifflinburg.

But there’s still one quarter of football left! 💪 Every play matters, every yard matters, and this game isn’t over until that final whistle blows.

Keep fighting, Spartans! 🏈🔥
Let’s finish this one together! 💚

🏈 JUNIOR HIGH GAME RECAP 🏈

It wasn’t the ending we wanted tonight, with our Spartans falling 0–6 to Midd-West. But it was a hard-fought game, and our boys never stopped battling! 💚🩶

And then… #77 Tucker Hearn decided it was time to show us what he’s got! 😂🏃‍♂️💨

One of our BIG boys on the line came up with a kick return and gave it everything he had! There’s just something about watching our linemen hit the open field that puts a smile on everyone’s face! 😂👏

Check out the video and give Tucker some love for giving it his all! 💪

And, of course, we asked our own Head Coach Quincy Shaffer for a few words of wisdom after tonight’s game…

“Football constantly teaches lessons that carry into life. Today’s loss is tough, but if we turn the pain into progress, we’ll grow closer as a team and come back stronger next week”

Keep working, keep fighting, Spartans! 💚🏈

🏈 SPARTANS WIN! 🏈

Hughesville 22 — Midd-West 13

We’re officially at the halfway point of the season, and this team is building momentum! 💪🏈

Head Coach Howard Rainey said it best:

“We’re halfway through the season, and this team is starting to build some momentum. There’s always room for improvement, but we’re heading in the right direction. Our guys are hungry, they’re working hard, and they believe in each other. Now it’s about staying focused, continuing to improve, and finishing this season strong.”

Come out, fill the stands, and support your Spartans! 🏈

🏈 SENIOR SPOTLIGHT | #55 REEDER 🏈

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on #55 Reeder! 💚🏈

Reeder has been part of the Spartan football family on and off throughout the years, first taking the field as a young Spartan before stepping away and ultimately finding his way back to the team for his senior season.

And we’re pretty darn glad he did. 💪🏼

Standing out as one of the bigger guys on the field, Reeder brings his size and presence to the Spartan lineup; but this season is about more than football. It’s about finishing the journey he started years ago and making his senior season count.

As he looks beyond high school, Reeder has his sights set on exploring the culinary world. 👨‍🍳🔥 No cookie-cutter plans here; just an interest in finding his own path and seeing where it takes him.

We’re proud to have you back in the Spartan family for your senior year, Reeder. Thank you for putting the #55 jersey back on, finishing what you started, and giving us one more season to watch you take the field.

Once a Spartan, always a Spartan. 💚

Help us wish #55 Reeder a great senior season! 🏈💚
