A one-of-a-kind private, postsecondary vocational training program especially for people with disabilities, EGTI provides immersive teaching in a hands-on learning environment for a variety of jobs in the hotel, food service and healthcare fields.

EGTI administration are here to help families navigate these issues in a practical clear-cut way. There is no need for fear to limit future opportunities when EGTI has the information you need to make informed and empowered choices.

Thank you to the Muncie Rotary Club for creating space for important conversations and for helping shine a light on the work happening through EGTI. There is a lot of talk about workforce development, career pathways, and talent pipelines, and we believe it is past time for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to be considered in those conversations.
For more than 10 years, EGTI has been here to help students build skills for real workplaces in areas like healthcare, hospitality, food service, inventory distribution, and manufacturing.
