Our Kindergarten recently completed a learning activity with 2-D shapes. They transformed into chefs and created their own shape pizzas! They had so much fun using different shapes to design their pizzas. Thank you to Pizza King for donating all of the pizza boxes! Your kindness and generosity was appreciated by everyone.

September is Attendance Awareness month! Our goal is that our students are here 95% or better during the school year. We have added incentives to help motivate our students to be at school. We are drawing 1-2 students names during morning announcements each day in September. If the students announced are here, they get a prize! Congratulations to Johnathan, Talley and Amelia! For the month of August, our school attendance was at 96.25%! We did better than our goal! Keep it up, Blackhawks!
