What a great couple of days for our Mullens girls! Our Rebels came away with wins against both Huff and Pineville! We are so proud of the hard work, teamwork, and determination these girls continue to show on the court! 💪🏼🩷

🚌💙 PEP BUS REMINDER – GRADES 3–8! 🤍🏐

Permission slips for Wednesday’s pep bus to the volleyball game at Herndon came home TODAY!

🚨 ALL PERMISSION SLIPS MUST BE RETURNED TOMORROW (Tuesday, October 13) so we can plan accordingly for buses!

📌 Important Reminders:

* The pep bus is for students in grades 3–8 ONLY.
* Students must have a signed permission slip to ride.
* Student admission to the game is just $1!

We will be hosting a Reverse Garage Sale October 10th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Bible Baptist Church! Our church family will be donating items that will be given away for FREE to anyone in the community who needs or wants them. Items will be located in the church parking lot, weather permitting, or will be moved inside if it is raining.

🚨🏫 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER, REBELS! 💙🤍

The moment we have all been waiting for is FINALLY here! We are so excited to announce our official plans for opening our BRAND NEW Mullens Elementary and Middle School! 🎉

As we prepare for this exciting transition, there are several VERY IMPORTANT dates and schedule changes that all families need to know. Please read carefully and mark your calendars! 📅

📦 OCTOBER 26–30 | REMOTE LEARNING WEEK

ALL students will remain home for remote learning.
Learning packets, similar to snow day packets, will be sent home on Wednesday, October 21. Students will complete these packets during the remote learning week.
During this time, our staff will be hard at work moving classrooms, organizing materials, and preparing our beautiful new school to welcome students!

👩‍🏫 MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 | PROFESSIONAL LEARNING DAY & OPEN HOUSE

NO SCHOOL for students during the day.
Staff will participate in professional learning to become familiar with the operations and safety procedures of our new building.

🏫 FAMILY & STUDENT OPEN HOUSE | 5:00–7:00 PM

We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome our Rebel families into their new school! To help with parking and crowds, we will welcome families during the following times:

🕔 5:00–5:30 | Pre-K–1st Grade
🕠 5:30–6:00 | 2nd–4th Grade
🕕 6:00–6:30 | 5th–6th Grade
