CFC: Central Florida Combatives

10/20/2026

One of the last stops of 2026 — and this one just opened up.

Tampa was Armed Women of America members only. It's now open to the public:
• Friday, Nov 20 — Pistol Essentials, 9am–6pm
• Saturday–Sunday, Nov 21–22 — Pistol Tactician, 9am–6pm

It's my last Florida stop of the year — and the 2027 schedule is cut way back, so Florida, this is the last chance for a while.

10-11 local match 26-27
Lakeland Defensive Pistol Club IDPA
Stage 1: 24.61(4) 28.61
2/8 SSP OA 🟢

Squad 2 last stage
The extra 2shots on the far target from the last position probably weren’t worth it.
Didn’t have gun up coming into the second position and wasted time looking for a target that wasn’t there. Dropped the gun again for the short move to third position

Stage 3: 24.24(7) 31.24
4/8 SSP OA 🔴 4.36 behind 3rd, 4.67 behind 2nd
This stage was more about my points down with the -4 on one target. Nice group in the wrong place

Looked better getting out of the car today. Still lost 1.83 seconds to the next shot. Should have taken one more step coming into the second position. -4 on 2nd target at the second position

It’s not on video but my draw to first shot was slow. Not sure why
Wasted some time verifying the mag was empty🤬 probably 1-1.5 seconds
