That's a wrap for our 2026 production season! Here's a few of the "big picture" numbers. What are your thoughts?

10,820 sap gallons collected
240 syrup gallons produced
94 cases of 12oz bottles
33 cases of 32oz bottles

Even though Maple Syrup Days are over and Sap production is done, now comes the clean up. That includes among many things bucket washing (even in the rain), line cleaning, evaporator scrubbing, and the entire sugar shack. Lots of work done by a great group of dedicated volunteers. Another big shout out thank you to the people that make this great program happen over the entire year!
